Common Questions
These are the support topics merchants ask us about most often.
The app is installed but not visible on the storefront
Check that the theme app extension is active in the theme editor and that the drawer settings were saved successfully from the app.
My changes do not appear live
Save the configuration in the app, verify the correct theme is being viewed, and test in an incognito window if theme caching is suspected.
Billing or plan question
Mention the current plan name, whether the app was reinstalled recently, and any Shopify billing screen you approved or cancelled.
I found a bug
Send the shop domain, browser/device details, steps to reproduce, and screenshots or console details if available.
If a request needs deeper investigation, we may ask follow-up questions to confirm the active theme, the app state, or the exact storefront flow involved.
